When you visit a website, your browser stores: information (such as the location of the site you visited), files used to run an online application, downloads (such as old versions of forms). Clearing Caches helps you maximizing speed, fixing page errors, and, most importantly, throw away location stamps.
For Desktop users:
Google Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More.
- Click More tools Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
Microsoft Edge
- Click on the Hub symbol on the main menu.
- Then browse to the History.
- Now you can click on Delete the whole History.
- Check the option temporary services and files and confirm the selection with a click on the Delete Button.
Firefox
- From the

- Click the Develop tab from the Safari menu at the top of the page.
- Click Empty Caches from the dropdown menu.
For iOS users:
Safari
- Open Settings, and scroll down to the fifth group of options (starting with Passwords & Accounts). Tap Safari.
- Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
- In the popup, tap Clear History and Data' to confirm.
Google Chrome
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app.
- At the bottom, tap More .
- Tap History Clear browsing data.
- Make sure there’s a checkmark next to Cookies, Site Data, and Cached Images and Files.
- Tap Clear browsing data.
For Android users:
Native Web Browser
- Tap the menu button on your device.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to Privacy Settings.
- Tap Clear Browsing Data.
- In the drop-down list, select beginning of time.
- Place a checkmark next to:
- Browsing history
- Cookies and site data
- Cached images and files
- Tap the Clear Data button.
- Close and then reopen the browser.
Google Chrome
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
- At the top right, tap More
- Tap History Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
