1. Click on "start" and type "rasphone." Choose "Rasphone.exe" from the programs list.
2. Click "Ok" to add a new VPN connection and jump to the next step if you already have VPN profiles.
3. Press "New" if you have any other VPN Connections.
4. Press "Workplace network" to add a VPN connection.
5. Insert the desired server address in the Server name or Server address box. You can choose one of our servers from the list here. Press the "Next" button.
6. Insert the following info:
- Insert your email address and the password provided by "BulletVPN."
- Check “Remember this password” and click "Create."
7. Click "Properties."
8. Press the "Security" tab, choose "Point to Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP)" under Type of VPN, Click "Allow these protocols," and make sure "MS CHAP v.2" is enabled.
9. Press Networking Tab, uncheck all except Internet Protocol v.4, Press "Ok."
10. We are ready to connect "BulletVPN" now. Click the "Connect" button.
11. Insert your email address and the password provided by "BulletVPN."
- Please set to remember the password. The Domain field should be left blank.
12. You can see BulletVPN connected under Networks.
13. Use the "Disconnect" button to disconnect VPN.
14. Next time, just click on the "Connect" button under Networks. Your username and password should be saved, so there is no need to re-enter them.
