- Make sure your DNS is set to 188.8.131.52 and 184.108.40.206.
- Note down the IP of the router. Look in the address bar of your browser and note down the IP.
- Go to Advanced Options
- Select Routing
Set Destination IP to: 220.127.116.11
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.255
Gateway: The IP from step 2
Wan should be selected.
- Press Save
- Please repeat the steps above for the IP 18.104.22.168
First step of troubleshooting should always be to restart device(s) and router. Then check your setup status in your SmartDNS dashboard.
