- Log in to the router using the Management and Diagnostic Console
- Make sure that the Primary and Secondary DNS is set to 18.104.22.168 and 22.214.171.124
- Then go to “Static Routes" under "Advanced"
- Add a static route
Subnet IP: 126.96.36.199
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.255
Gateway IP: Any valid local IP
Remember to press “Add”
Repeat for 188.8.131.52
First step of troubleshooting should always be to restart device(s) and router. Then check your setup status in your SmartDNS dashboard.
