- Log in to the router using the Management and Diagnostic Console
- Make sure that the Primary and Secondary DNS is set to 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168
- Then go to “Static Routes" under "Advanced"
- Add a static route
Subnet IP: 22.214.171.124
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.255
Gateway IP: Any valid local IP
Remember to press “Add”
Repeat for 126.96.36.199
First step of troubleshooting should always be to restart device(s) and router. Then check your setup status in your SmartDNS dashboard.
