- Log in to the router using the Management and Diagnostic Console
- Make sure that the Primary and Secondary DNS is set to 184.108.40.206 and 220.127.116.11
- Then go to “Static Routes" under "Advanced"
- Add a static route
Subnet IP: 18.104.22.168
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.255
Gateway IP: Any valid local IP
Remember to press “Add”
Repeat for 22.214.171.124
First step of troubleshooting should always be to restart device(s) and router. Then check your setup status in your SmartDNS dashboard.
