- Open up Control Panel>Network Connections and select your active network connection.
- Click on Properties, and then select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).
- Click on Properties.
- A new window will open - select "Use the following DNS server addresses" and enter the DNS servers in the spaces provided: 126.96.36.199 and 188.8.131.52
- Click ok
- Restart your computer
The first step of troubleshooting should always be to restart the device(s) and router. Then check your setup status in your SmartDNS dashboard.
