How to Set up Smart DNS on Toshiba TV

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Network.
  3. Go to Network Setup.
  4. Go to Advanced Network Setup.
  5. Go to DNS Setup.
  6. Set Auto Setup to Off.
  7. Enter 212.32.240.145 as primary DNS and 104.200.137.81 as secondary DNS.
  8. Exit the setup.
  9. Restart TV.

The first step of troubleshooting should always be to restart the device(s) and router. Then check your setup status in your SmartDNS dashboard.
