- Go to the Dashboard
- Press options button the controller
- Go to Network
- Go to Advanced Settings
- Go to DNS settings
- Select Manual
- Enter Primary DNS 220.127.116.11 and press enter
- Enter Secondary IP 18.104.22.168 and press enter
- Press B for save
- Restart the Xbox One
Note: There is a known bug on the Xbox One resulting in some users not being able to save DNS settings as the Xbox will revert to 0.0.0.0. We are unable to do anything about this software bug. Please get in touch with the Xbox one support team instead.
Also make sure that IPv6 is disabled on your router if your ISP supports IPv6.
First step of troubleshooting should always be to restart device(s) and router. Then check your setup status in your SmartDNS dashboard.
