- Go to the Dashboard.
- Press the options button on your controller.
- Go to Network.
- Go to Advanced Settings.
- Go to DNS settings.
- Select Manual.
- Enter Primary DNS 184.108.40.206 and press enter.
- Enter Secondary IP 220.127.116.11 and press enter.
- Press B to save.
- Restart the Xbox One.
Note: There is a known bug on the Xbox One resulting in some users not being able to save the DNS settings as the Xbox will revert to 0.0.0.0. We are unable to do anything about this software bug. Please get in touch with the Xbox one support team instead.
Also, make sure that IPv6 is disabled on your router if your ISP supports IPv6.
The first step of troubleshooting should always be to restart the device(s) and router. Then check your setup status in your SmartDNS dashboard.
